Sunday 16th July 2023 ; A few weeks earlier an 87 year old gentleman called Peter Kirkby was asked by staff at Wrawby care home what he would like to wish for, his answer was to see a few motorbikes, well on this day Peter got his wish........ an estimated 4,500 + bikes turned up to make his wish come true and more, they stretched from Wrawby well into Brigg and brought the area to a standstill for a short while, and it was all worth it to see the smile, and tears of joy, on that mans face.
Peter got his first motorbike when he was serving in the RAF and loved them ever since, and the biking community showed their respect as they always do, it was an honour to be part of this and a day a lot of us will not forget.
And, afterwards, off to Willingham Woods, bit damp mind.

Even in the damp weather there were some lovely machines to look at, and a good hot cuppa coffee down at the Woods.
Steve's favourite bike of the day, I think it was the seats lowness to the ground !
