The old trickster had a few days off so the rideout was planned, the day before had been beautiful (for January) but not so much today !
Our destination was Murgatroyds Fish n Chip Restaurant at Yeadon just the other side of Leeds, and a last minute decision to pop in Squires Cafe for a brew on the way.
By the time we got to the chippy we were both ready for them, as there was a sizeable queue for a seat we decided to get a takeaway and sit on the benches outside,
Service was exceptional, very quick and with a cheery smile, fish, chips and curry sauce was my choice, it was piping hot and delicious. Tricky chose mushy peas and had the same verdict, delicious. It was followed by cake from Tilly, cheers sis :-)
It was a little cold and wet on the day but a great time was had and both of us got home safely, and almost dry .
